These people are dinosaurs. The customer service her is borderline corrupt, if not non existent. They don't take credit cards, and have never even heard of Adobe e-sign. They're stuck in the stone age and are happy to stay there. They even made fun of my disability and flat out refused to accommodate it. Now that Allstate offers the coverage I need, I can walk away from these amateurs and pay half of what they were gouging me for, with normal things like an app, a website and easy claims. Lastly, I was made fun of by their employee Lydia Pagano because of my disability. This makes them abelist as well. Stay away.
