Your Local Advice: Allstate Insurance

Over the last six month period my Allstate representatives have been vanishing. I trusted them with not only insurance, but my investments. This is the worst company now to deal with. They fired their investment people and somehow destroyed a 20 year relationship with my agent. His business no longer exists, no explanation! Glenn Crooks

They are by far the worst company to deal with. My so called agent seems to have left the state or at least the business . Won't answer my calls and other locations say " we are independent from Allstate and can't help you. If you research the worst insurance companies they take number 1. With their CEO going on record saying " we are not here for our clients , we are here to make money for our stockholders" Is this really the way to run a business?
