Heartbreaking experience filing a claim with this company. You pay all that money in with your premium payments and when you file a claim for half your farm burning down, it's crickets. The agent blamed the previous agent for missing coverage that was supposed to be added and never was and the coverage they do show we have only covers a small percentage of what was lost. An agent is supposed to help you understand your insurance needs and help you through the wordiness of a policy, not ignore your calls and explain that they are too busy to deal with you.
