Terrible customer service. I needed to make changes to my policy, I called the office multiple times, no answer. I left voicemails, no return calls. ( has been an ongoing issue, the only time I received any assistance is when I contacted the after hours service center. ) I called another office who refused to assist me, they stated they could not assist me, only the agent I was under could assist me (but they could take my payment) I finally had to drive to the office and go in to receive any help. Right after calling I went into the office that looked closed because there were no lights on, 2 people sat at the front desk and another in the back. Nobody was on the phone. Once I left the office “Steve” called me asking for a picture of my vehicle’s vin number for the vehicle I just removed

Customer service were very friendly I called to talk to an agent and the front desk ladies helped me as much as they could tell an agent was available. Everyone I have talked to down there have been great even when they are all so busy helping others

I called last week to get a quote for my home insurance, they said they'll call back and never did. I call several times during the posted business hours and no answer. I guess is time to start looking for another insurance provider for my two vehicles and home.

NEVER answers phones or emails. Left numerous voicemails as well . Been trying to take off automatic payment because we are unable to make it into the office. you have to do it with them not online and they don’t answer. Trying to discuss the amount of huge increase in insurance payments on mine and my daughters insurance no one has yet to reply for weeks yet they continue to take the unauthorized amount from accounts.
