I’ve had an excellent experience with American family insurance and especially with my agent, Casey Kurtz at Yarbrough & Associates. Casey has excellent customer service, is extremely responsive and always pays close attention to detail. He’s very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things clearly. Overall he is awesome to work with and I highly recommend him!

We had an almost 2 hour meeting with Casey to discuss our home, auto and umbrella policies. These had not been reviewed for almost 10 years under a different agency. Casey explained the differences between our older policies and new ones from AmFam. We went through each policy in detail, choosing the best options and coverage for each and how these choices would mesh with the others. We now understand our coverage and are assured that we have all of the coverage we need w/o being over insured. We had a very educational and enjoyable meeting.

Casey and the AmFam team are amazing. We have home, car, camper and life insurance with them and as odd as it may seem to say this about an insurance company, the experience has been wonderful. In an age where so many companies prioritize bottom line over customer service, AmFam does not. Our pipes burst Jan 2024 and Casey walked us though every step. He advocated for us and ensured all the repairs and losses were covered even when a miscommunication with the adjuster had us concerned. He calls to check in once a year or so & as a result I learned this year that I’m eligible for life insurance. I’ve thought for 20+ years that I was ineligible due to a pre existing condition. I was approved and my family will be well taken care of if the worst should happen. I’m no longer obligated to work

Casey Kurtz and I have been in constant communication over the past two week due to an issue I am having in my home. As always, Casey jumped ahead and started the ball rolling. He has made this difficult situation easier for me to understand and discussed in detail how this process will work. He is always very helpful and kind. all of my experiences with Casey have always been positive.

I have had extremely good customer service with this group whenever I am in contact with them. Tiffany was great as she steered me in the direction about the steps to expect when reporting a claim. Spencer has also helped me with information quickly when I asked. It is nice that my agent Casey has other colleagues that have the same professional and friendly attitude. This puts me at ease when I communicate with all of the representatives at this location. Really a great process.
