I went in to ask a few questions. I was shopping around for quotes. I let them know this before we even started. This guy named Mike was extremely arrogant and rude... I will not be going back.. didn't smile once. It seems like this is the new trend on what businesses are like anymore. Not very helpful or act like we are a nuisance to them.

Have had Yalch insurance since I started driving in 1980- only insurance ever! Never had a problem until I tried to speak with Mike. He was so rude and unprofessional I canceled my insurance and went elsewhere! Very upset but he didn't care!

Dennis Morgis is a liar. He is just covering up for Mike. I have been with Erie for 15 years with no accidents. Erie told me I could do a transfer to another agency. Mike told me to call him back when i got my glass claim taken care of. I did and he turned his back on me. Mike had no reason to not help me. He said he was and then lied. He was just too lazy and unwilling to help.

I've been with Yalch and Erie since the 90s. Never had an issue. Phenomenal customer service. Good rates for safe drivers.

James Muller is not a Client of Yalch Insurance and Mike was not rude or unprofessional. He was very professional explaining to James why we could not help him and James did not like that answer.
