This business sold us a surety bond (paid for the year) and didn't put the correct name (shorten name instead of full) which isn't a big deal to us but apparently it is to the home builders association. we called them back a few weeks ago and they have told us that they wasn't even supposed to issue us one because we had no other insurance with them. But to give them a couple days and they would fix it... we've tried to call them for 2 or 3 weeks and can not get ahold of anyone. They took our money and haven't fixed the issue.

They are on the ball if I need help with my car or home Ins. The prices are great compared to other places I have checked.
I would give a worse rating than to this if I could unreliable unresponsive. Poor quality , no professionalism would not recommend any small business or company to use this insurance provider
