Buyer beware. The Vineyards are happy to take your money and sell you a policy ... all while sounding like they are completely exhausted by the process. But if you need help with anything after the sale, you'll find out that you're screwed. When I asked for help, I got a long list of all the things that they couldn't do and not one offer to help me resolve the problem with the policy they highly recommended and sold me. There are lots of people who sell what Mik Vineyard sells. I suggest you do some shopping around before finding out after you've been sold the policy that he cops to a complete out of attitude of defensiveness Rather than lifting a finger to help you.

The whole team at Wylie Insurance Agency is great... they have worked very hard to "insure" that I have the best coverage at the best premium price. We have been with them for decades and I recommend them to all!
