My agent Barb Cibella is wonderful to work with, she has always gone above and beyond to help us with our insurance and tax needs, and she is a blast to work with . I highly recommend W.T. Schrader for all your insurance and tax needs. They are definitely good people!!!!

Was very rude when I cancelled my policy, I forget her name exactly but when I found a cheaper policy through another company she became very pushy and disrespectful out of nowhere. Talking about how likely I am to be pulled over and the punishments for not having insurance. It was just very unprofessional after I told her I couldn't afford her expensive insurance she snobbily said "I sure hope your situation improves" and hung up will never get my business again!

Champion Income Tax handling my new business filings and handling everything very professionally. Barb knows her IRS regulations and is very helpful in getting us on board with all the mandatory paperwork!! Highly recommend!!

What a joke!! Barb combined my regular auto policy with my commercial policy , errors on vehicle descriptions never investigated add on insurance I was paying , then I was in an accident and...... she put only comp on a truck that I just made the 3rd payment on and is wrecked And not covered, she will not return my calls and progressive says she is liable. Soooo stay away , far far far away , save your self headaches and grief from a bad bad buisness
