I have been with WSMT for close to 40 years, and in all that time I have really appreciated their individualized service to get what is right for me. I have saved a lot bundling auto and home owners, and at one time also had motorcycle and another policy. It's always good to have an assigned agent who knows you and your history and is quickly available for consultation.

My insurance was not being renewed so I needed to start with a new insurance. Agent contacted me with new policy. I signed and sent it back & they deducted the down payment of nearly $300… a few days later agent informs me they don’t accept monthly payments and gave me a new quote. Problem was they wanted ANOTHER 20% down while I waited to get my original down payment returned!!! Problem being I have no money. Definitely paycheck to paycheck. Their only suggestion was to borrow money from a family or friend!!! I was shocked!!! I have had my car insurance thru this company since I was 16 years old!!! Nearly 30 years!!! Needless to say my insurance has lapsed by 2 weeks so now the insurance quote is double!!! Loyalty is no longer valued anywhere!!! Thanks for kicking me while I’m down!!! I

I thank and appreciate Ms. Ashley Struble as my agent. She has been very helpful to resolve the situation of my experience with Penn National Insurance in relates to car insured by from her company WSMT Insurance. She sent memos many times to ask what is going on that she has an unhappy customer. When all helps failed she told me “l will contact my Supervisor and she should be able to assist”.
