I canceled my homeowners insurance policy June 24th, and still haven’t received my refund. Come with me as we travel through this rabbit hole of failure through World Insurance Associates. We originally got homeowners insurance through them when they were Strovis. Had them for years. No real issue. Received a notification of increase in cost, names storm went from 2% to 5%, and decided to shop around. Geico has a 2% named storm deductible with more coverage at almost 20% less per year. Called to cancel and switch insurance carriers. Received an email stating insurance was cancelled by World Insurance Associates on 6-24-2025.
