They took all of my personal information and never returned my inquiry. They also seemed too busy to be interested in my business as the man I spoke with kept making huffing noises as it seemed like I was a bother. I heard they were really cheep, maybe there's a good reason for it. Moving right along...

My Bank needed proof of home owners ins. so I mailed Strovis the letter the bank sent me thinking they would take care of this. Wrong I received another letter from bank saying if I did not get proof of insurance they would buy a policy for me. Called .Strovis on Friday AT 3:00 no one answered but I did get a email telling me to down load policy. I really think they could sent a letter to bank or called them . When my policy ends so does my relationship with Strovis

Been with Strovis since 2015. Today will be the end of it. The response times are lacking as others have stated yes but that's not what got me. I am part of the UPC> TypTap transfer. I was told I would get options 45-60 days prior to my renewal. I didn't. I got a letter from TypTap my insurance was being cancelled for non payment. I didn't even know I had been transferred into TypTap. I rushed to get the paperwork done overnight checks from escrow etc. But now reinstatements are paused because of Hurricane Ian. I am without insurance. TypTap informed me everything had been sent to my broker, all paperwork, notices etc The wrong mortgage company was in my file for some reason and this is why escrow never made the payment. My mortgage company had no idea of the new insurance change. So here

Literally the worst insurance company I have ever worked with. If I could give them zero stars I would. Don't waste your time dealing with them. They never return calls or get back to you after you make the payment.
