I called late on a Friday, with hopes I could speak to someone about getting local car insurance. I spoke to a lady who kindly redirected me to one of her associates. She took my information down and told me I could expect a phone call back Monday, which was fine. I never did receive that phone call. I called back and was redirected to a voicemail box. I kindly left my information again. It's been one full week and I have not heard back since. I guess they didn't want my buissness.
Empty promises, horrible communications, and customer service consistently for several years. My business was never appreciated, so I took it somewhere where it would be - and got better rates.
Megan was a great help she made it quick n easy. The company is in a great location too.
