My husband and I have been dealing with this company for the past six months. We have been trying to obtain a refund check for 6000 plus on a policy that was canceled in January. I have sent numerous emails and have contacted an attorney that will be taking over this situation. I have e-mailed MICHELLE and Maria a Number of Times and the excuse is …Accounting will cut the check. I canceled the policy and signed documents in January. They owe me a refund check so that I can acquire new insurance hurricane season starts tomorrow and here I sit without insurance because this company refuses to release the funds due to me for some reason or another. perhaps they do not have the funds. What kind of company is this, I normally do not like writing reviews like this however I am at a loss!!!! Ho

I only gave a star because I had to. My husband and I purchased a home last year. This company never contacted us in a timely manner. We never received one single letter, text or phone call until after the ''due date''. Somehow we came to an agreement that they could come out and do the inspection so we wouldn't go without insurance. After the inspection, the inspector came back to ask my husband a plumbing question (he's a plumber). That was the last of the communication. We are now without insurance. I can honestly say everyone at this office has a communication problem and I wouldn't recommend their assistance to my sworn enemy. Worst company ever. Michelle Santana from the house insurance and Valeska Maria never return calls. Never willing to help in good faith. I am stuck with this two persons and Citizens as provider insurance. They have 0 customer service skills and make hundreds of calls before receiving an answer. Manager at this office is never there for customers always too busy to talk to a customer. Very bad company.

This is the worst insurance agency you can find in the entire State of Florida. This people issued my home owners policy 1 month before my closing. I called them a thousand times to fix the error and never got a call back for months. When they finally call they tell me it's been too long and that the insurer won't change the date. So I lost $400 of my money from the get go. When I told them I would file a complaint with Financial Consumer Services, instead of apologizing and trying to fix the errors Michael Santana told me that she started reviewing the call logs to prove I never call them. They also put me in a very expensive policy and I told them I wanted to change the insurer to reduce the amount paid. Giovanni Gutierrez didn't do anything and just called to say the policy was renew

I just had an amazing experience with Consumers Choice. I was have a lot of trouble with my prior insurance company and I was referred to them. The agents were very attentive and helped me obtain affordable coverage. I would definitely recommend their services!
