Oh wow 😳 I will not be using them how unprofessional you should go back to progressive I have insurance with them now and from the looks of things I am going to keep them progressive does not give out any information without contacting you first they’re ant even release a COI without your consent you should see if you have a case against this insurance company

I GIVE J AND HIS WIFE 0 STARS NOT EVEN 1 STAR I MADE A MISTAKE AND PAID WITH MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT FOR INSURANCE INSTEAD OF MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT THE PAYMENT GOT RETURNED AND THEY HANDLED THIS ISSUE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY CONTACTED MY FACTORING COMPANY RMIS AND FMCSA AND TOLD THEM MY CHECK WAS RETURNED AND THEY DEMANDED PAYMENT IN FULL THEY MADE THREATS EVERYDAY THEY ACTED AS IF THEY WANTED TO HELP ME BUT THEY DID NOT THAT WAS VERY CLEAR NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR BUSINESS WHAT COMPANY DOES THIS I WILL BE BACK TO PROGRESSIVE WHERE IF THE POLICY CANCELS THEY JUST DO THERE FILINGS AND DOES NOT MAKE THREATS AND CONTACT YOUR FACTORING COMPANY AND LET EVERYONE KNOW YOU MISSED A PAYMENT BY RETURN CHECK

Good Day everyone we are in the trucking business and unfortunately Jay & his wife reported that our check came back as NSF and would not let us pay again with our business account they are demanding a payment by credit card even after my wife has stressed to him that we have been threw 3 banks already because of wires and the bank we are with now is not a big named bank and they card limits are extremely low and it would hurt us to pay them by card because we have to continue to pay for expenses over the road as these trucks do break down like yesterday we paid $2153.19 or card limit is 3k per day so if my wife would have bought into his demands our truck would have still been on the side of the road Jay told my wife he believes we are good people then why not accept our payment threw ac
