Worst Insurance Agent!! The woman who workes in the Fair Haven office lies to customers telling them she is an insurance agent when she is nothing but a receptionist. They still use the name of an agent who left their company many years ago on their email signature line because they don’t want anyone knowing they don’t actually have an agent available in that office, if you want to actually sit down and talk with an agent you have to drive to a different insurance office in Rutland, not even sure the name of the office but that’s where you have to go to talk to a real agent. And after doing an online quote I quickly realized I’m paying over $200/month MORE than what I am being quoted. So I’m either paying $200/month to be told lies at the fair haven office or they are scamming me for ov

The new owner is helpful and stays in touch while things are being sorted. We had an issue with our insurance carrier and the parts being purchased for our car after hitting a deer. They straightened it all out.
