Have used this company for over 21 years, the newest agent assigned to help me when I call named Dylan in the last year has not preformed his job and given me a hard time on several occasions. Yesterday when trying to pay a bill he told me I lapsed and there was nothing he could do. I had to do his JOB and call progressive myself and pay them. When on the phone with progressive I payed the bill and realized he had never taken a vehicle off my policy in which I had called and removed weeks prior this charging me again for a car which I didn’t have anymore.. thankfully progressive insurance fixed it and will now be going thru them directly going forward.. this company is going downhill on a slippery slope .. I also had changed my business insurance to Gates in Wakefield. Much better treatmen

Ralph Woodmansee and his company were extremely unprofessional in the way they handled my mother and father’s homeowners insurance policy since they passed away this last year. After recently losing my father to Covid-19 and while grieving, Ralph threatened me and my parents home for not calling him back, warning that I “would not be happy with the results of not returning his phone calls” When speaking with him he was aggressive and belittling on the phone. His lack of professionalism and his disrespect for my situation makes me wonder how he has managed to stay in business to this point. Not once did he acknowledge my loss or exercise human decency in dealing with me. I am now switching my homeowners and auto insurance policy to another company and would warn any person not to do bu
