Yes, so my vehicle broke down on the interstate and thankfully I had the means to get picked up and off the road to figure out how to get me vehicle to a shop that could figure out what was wrong with it. But that became difficult. I first call my insurance roadside number, but that became difficult and frustrating and wanted to charge me over 300$ to get towed 26 miles. Nope! I know I’m covered. Then I try thy app. Pretty much the same. I couldn’t give them accurate enough location of the vehicle. You know mile markers and road I guess wasn’t enough.🤷 But when Gerald at Wood Insurance contacted me back I knew I was good and everything was going to work itself out fine. Per usual, this isn’t the first time, they do a great job to help you get through tough times. Thanks again!

Had an issue with my home owners insurance policy on the insurance app. It was very early Saturday morning, I text Woods Insurance and had a response from Gerald in minutes. He called the company and explained to me that everything was ok. Thank you to Gerald and Travelers for responding quickly and on a Saturday. Problem solved with no issues.

My family and I have been a new client of Gerry since May of 2024. When we switched to Mr. Wood, we added our newest driver, our 16 year old son. Gerry did his homework. Like their father, Gordon, Gordy and Gerry are dependable, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. If I have a question about a policy, I can stop by the office or call and get an answer.
