Negative Review Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience insurance agent over the phone. I clearly stated that I already have insurance and was not interested, yet the agent continued calling, talking over me, and even hanging up mid-conversation. Sales does not mean forcing people to listen, interrupting them, or acting entitled to their time. That behavior reflects arrogance, not professionalism. If this is how representatives are trained to treat potential customers, it seriously damages the credibility of the marketplace they claim to represent. Respect a “no,” communicate like an adult, and stop harassing people who have already declined. This was a complete waste of time and patience.
