The rent for these properties is unproportinal to the quality of the dwelling These homes are critically neglected and are unfit for occupation. Property support personnel are unqualified and ineffective. Customer support personnel are abrasive and dismissive of serious complaints. Common signs of this neglect include faulty or collapsed foundations, egregious accumulations of mold, water damage in walls and ceilings, pest intrusions with pest-related damage to walls and ceilings, loose and un-anchored window/door assemblies, missing or inadequate plumbing appliances, non-standard or dangerous electrical wiring, improvised and faulty HVAC equipment. They make things pretty easy. Have applications outside so you don't have to go inside , usually have another list of which house is up for rent.

Easy to get approved. However most of the homes aren't up to code and some not livable however they still charge a lot for them

Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Called for 20 minutes left massage and no call back. 😤
