Horrible insurance company. They let my home insurance lapse and then blamed me because one of there employees didn’t answer an email. Then said they would find a replacement and then totally stopped communication. Use them if you want to loose your home only. Horrible communications Then read the email yourself which I can see you didn’t or ignoring it. I get a quote without alarm and ask for a require with alarm and no response. I’ve never been in a situation where I wasn’t insured in my life and this is how you help your clients. Ignoring the emails and then blaming the customer for you not answering the emails. My policies are paid in full and never financed. But I guess when you only care about money and not the clients insurance needs or care to answer emails then your right

I have been a customer for many years. I appreciate the time they take to make sure my coverage is the best I can get and reasinibly priced. Thye keep me informed of insurance news (expected), but also have interesting seasonal articles. These emails are not massive tomes - they are light and too the point (so you can actually spend a couple of minutes to read them). When ever I've had calims, or added / removed vehicles, they have been right there - quick and efficient. Above all, they are frienly and treat you like you matter. Values and customer service - not just insurance.
