Willow insurance is not worth the hype that some people are leaving reviews for. I would definitely recommend shopping around with others, such as the onces I just changed to (USAA and Progressive). Everything is fine as long as you pay and don't make any claims. I used to pay twice as much for the same coverage you can get elsewhere. I have had a claim open for months because the insurance policy they sold me was a scam. One of their agents even tried to convince me that I didn't have a certain coverage for the roof, which I had paid for and had to dig for the proof to show it. If you like to donate money to the insurance sales agents and the company, stay right where you are with Willow. If you want to save hundreds if not thousands, shop around! - Dr. Caban
