Willoughby Insurance

I used to be happy with my insurance company. I used to go to Willoughby on south park ave., but now in order to make a payment I have to go 10 miles out of my way, over to Seneca street because the office on south park is never open when it's supposed to be. This complication added into my already busy life is a huge inconvenience, it used to be a block from my job, the reason I went there in the first place, now I'm considering changing to another company. I asked my agent to go in his computer and change my address, I was told to do it at home, on my own computer, it would be easier....easier for who? For the agent, that's who. Having me do something he should be doing while I'm in the office.

I leased a new car and the Blasdell office screwed up the transaction. I had to sit at the dealer for an hour and a half before I could leave with my new car. Also, the insurance company requested a bill of sale. I had the dealer fax it to the Blasdell office. It was never sent to the insurance company and I received a letter threatening suspension. I had to speak to the owner to get this corrected. Save yourself the trouble, DO NOT get your insurance here. They do not know what they are doing. Worst customer service experience I have ever had.

This has been my GO TO insurance company who has always found me the best deals through their variety of relationships with all other insurance companies. Always satisfied with the agreements made for me with Willoughby Insurance in Blasdell...!
