Over the years we have acquired multiple Auto-Owners insurance policies through the Willis Insurance Agency in Cassville (actually through their Shell Knob office) and have been very happy with Willis and Auto-Owners Insurance during that time. We usually dealt with Jeremy Marple, and he was always very responsive. We have just moved to another state, and had to switch our Auto-Owners policies to an agency in that state. I couldn’t let this pass without thanking Willis and Jeremy for the great job they did for us over the years! We would highly recommend them!

We canceled our business with Jeremy Marple and incoming business that we had on two shopping centers that we own due to his unprofessional behavior. Long story, short, due to bullying harassment by one of the owners who we were doing business with, a domestic violence rally was canceled in town as a ripple effect of his actions as I, the organizer, was getting such harassment and told I should “leave town.” I would also like to point out that this man, though being asked by myself, my husband and members of his own school board to apologize, has yet to do so.
