MUST READ: William H Connolly failed their fiduciary duty to me as an insurance broker and both caused me to go to collections and spend endless hours on the phone. One day, my bill went up by 5x. from ~$800 a year to ~$4500 a year. I was never notified until a bill came in the mail, but it was too late. I spent hours on the phone with them to no avail. Finally, I was given incorrect information that they would cancel with the insurer and I had nothing to do. This was wrong and my case ended up going to collections and potentially affecting my credit. After many hours, I finally had to pay this exorbitant fee without any financial help from William H Connolly. I did cancel my insurance and did it on own and it's now back to $900.
