Don’t waste your time with an appointment for tsa pre check , it’s pointless. My appointment was at 11am , got there 10 minutes before (as instructed) I walked out at 12:15 after seeing 2 people who came in after me , who I heard say didn’t have an appointment , get seen before me. I guess just decide if you want to wait an hour or so going through tsa at the airport OR spend $120 AND have to wait an hour and a half in this tiny closet of an office. Don’t take appointments 10 minutes apart if your office can’t handle that

Made an appointment online to complete my TSA pre-check a couple days before hand. Building was easy to find (it’s described right under review summary and has tons of insurance logos on the windows). I waited maybe 5 minutes after checking in, finished the pre-check within 10 min and was out. Super easy and didn’t experience any attitude from anyone working there.

Went in for TSA check and encountered a kind TSA worker and an absolutely rude employee of the Wright insurance agency. She opened the building at the same time as the TSA opening time even though the sign clearly says that the building opens at 8:30. She wears a short black bob. Avoid her at all costs. The Will Wright Agency would do better finding someone with the slightest bit of professionalism. Reading the comments doesn’t give much hope as, based on these reviews, she should’ve been let go a long time ago Also, not sure if she should be checking and verifying documents.

As soon as I walked in, the reception was short and blunt. As soon as I told her, I wanted to do my TSA check she said her system was updating and I had to do everything online. I don't know why it says tsa if they can't help you do it. I should have read the reviews and saved my time. Place is super hard to find as well. Save your time go somewhere else.

Made an appointment for TSA precheck, got a confirmation email and everything. Then, after I put my schedule together and showed up in the morning they sent a cancellation email that same morning. The office was totally closed. My question is was that email sent at the time they decided not to open? Did they wake up that morning and say “eh, not feeling it.” and cancel all their appointments?
