As an original owner in Bethany Proper Townhomes I have had a 43 year relationship with the Wilgus Group who served four different functions: managing my rentals, handling maintenance services for my unit, as property manager of the BPTH Homeowners Association, and as insurance agent for my townhome liability insurance.
