Wil Christian - State Farm Insurance Agent

It’s been a few years since I became a member, and I’m still loving the service. Wil and the staff are very responsive compared to insurance companies I have been with in the past. I appreciate how he and the staff put customers first in all they do. In addition, they stay on top of things and go out of the way for us. Simply the best around.

This office of seasoned professionals has been providing me with great insurance coverage as well as impeccable customer service since 2014! I really don't need them often but when I do, I know they’ll help me out as much as possible and do what’s best for me in the situation. I highly recommend them.

I have to agree that I wish it was possible to give zero stars. They NEVER answer the phone, and when someone does - it's a call center - not the office and you have to wait days for a callback. TERRIBLE customer service.

If I could give him a -0 I would never never returns calls😡 never returns emails 😡 never at his so called office a sign that say I will be right back has been up at his office since the beginning of the summer I don't understand how this man even has a job🤔
