Stay away Horriblly mismanaged. Two years in a row I had to hound them to simply renew my policy. Finally got tired of doing their work for them and hearing the constant excuses. Reported them to the NC Dept of Insurance. Waited almost two months for a refund check. They are so inept they can't read (or care to) their own polices to determine the correct address to send correspondence to. Buyer beware. Just stay away and save yourself the headaches.

Kevin (and Annette) are very professional and great to work with. Our independent agent informed me the carrier we had for our beach house went crazy on rates (never filed a claim) and none of the other more than 30 companies they write through had much better, Stopped in to see Kevin only to find he was formerly from this area and we attend the church they used to attend here. He was able to get us same coverage and better rates since coastal policies are a part of their regular business. Eventually when we sell this house and move there permanent, will move the other business and personal policies to them as well. VERY good people and trying to do what is right and best for their clients. Highly recommend giving them a call or even stopping in to let them see what they can do for you.

They offered us a great plan and our premium was cheaper than what other companies offered. I have referred other customers to them and they are pleased with their products as well.
