Whitehead Insurance Group (Jamestown, TN)

Was very impressed with the promptness and efficiency of the claim I had in the summer. Storm quickly destroyed my beautiful trees and damaged my home. Insurance very quickly managed it to be put back in as much order as possible. And for that...I say thank you!

I can never get anyone from the Jamestown office to calle back My insurance has almost doubled over the last three years. I've called several times to find out why and ask them to shop around for me and they say they will calle back. They NEVER do. I'm starting the search on my own. No reason to keep Whitehead since it doesn't seem they care about their customers.

They never called me back with a quote. I ended up calling them back, and got a really great rate. I would have put 5 stars if I hadn’t had to do that.

Stopped in to get quotes after an extremely high quote from Farm Bureau. Had no appointment, but they still go to us quickly. Super friendly and helpful. Explained all options and answered all questions. They also got us a policy for an entire year at the same price as the 6 month quote from Farm Bureau!!

Update/ I want to say thank you to Preston for taking care of this matter also the phone call was very informative. Be sure & check to see if your insurance policy is a contract or not, I had no idea. Thank you also Cassie, for trying so hard, I do appreciate it. On September 1, 2020 I called Brown Insurance Group Inc PO Box 3907 Crossville TN & told them I’m selling the property & I want to cancel the policy. They have record of the call & they notified Whitehead Insurance Agency who notified American Modern Home Insurance PO Box 740429 Cincinnati Oh, they also have record of the request. They sent me paperwork to fill out which I did & I returned it. American Modern has record of receiving the documents. But they continued to debit my credit card for $65.09 a month. I saw it on my
