Mr Hessing did great job helping me choose a health insurance policy.I retired early at the age of 62 due to health reasons and needed some insurance to carry me until age 65.He did quite of bit of research helping me choose a policy.When the year ended the insurance carrier announced changes in my policy that the pharmacy I used would no longer be in network.Again , I went to Mr Hessing and he found me another insurance carrier that met my needs.Both times I went in he had printed off copies of the benefits of several insurance carriers and highlighted the particulars that I most needed. He spent alot of time researching. When I came to him it was the first time I ever met him. He really impressed me and besides his work ethics I personally liked him.

I do not recommend Mr Hessing. He is the most insensitive, inconsiderate agent I have ever had. After a death in our family I contacted him to make some changes to our policy and the conversation we had was probably the most unprofessional communication I have ever had with an insurance “ professional“. I was so distraught after speaking with him my husband called a friend who was also an insurance agent and was informed Mr Hessing had just gotten caught cheating on his wife the day before and was probably not thinking clearly. That itself was enough to make me get a new agent but the way I was treated by him makes me want to tell the world to go somewhere else. People make mistakes, I’m sure adultry is hard, but my father dying and my insurance policy had nothing to do with him destroyin

Mr . Tommy Wimberley is a wonderful helpful man. He knows his business and I will NEVER go anywhere else for my Medicare supplement needs again. THANK YOU MR. WIMBERLEY.
