We have had Wheeler Insurance for 12 years now and I can’t say enough good things! The staff is always helpful and gets back to us when we call. We recently had an issue with our lender not sending our insurance payment (from escrow) which in turn put us at risk for losing our insurance. I called and spoke to Charles and he was wonderful and after some digging reassured me we would get it all squared away and told me to reach back out to him by the beginning of the next week and when I did I spoke to Janet and she was so extremely kind and helpful! Answered all my questions, went above and beyond to call the lender herself to try and get to the bottom of the issue and spoke to other office staff to figure out options for us incase the lender did not get the payment sent to them on time. I've been using wheeler insurance for my car insurance for a few years now. They give the best comprehensive service, very nice people. I don't live anywhere near the insurance office and did everything remotely and the job was so easy for me I didn't have to do anything but press a button and sign the documents to get my new insurance.
