Westfield Insurance

We had two cars and our home with them through first source. All of our loans were through first source and we are insured with Westfield. They are charging us 45 % more than about EVERY insurance quote out there. We tried to just cancel the auto insurance and they said we just have to cancel our home also because it was “part of the package”. The package that was supposed to be discounted. But obviously someone is making extra commission charging us almost double the price. So she said we have to cancel and I did. Cheers.

Sarah was my insurance agent. Don’t trust her with your life. She is not reliable and will end up screwing you over in the end. I was in an accident years ago and it’s the insurance agent’s job to send your information down to state. (I even called to make sure I couldn’t just do this myself and they said I was not allowed.). Sarah failed to do this and in return, I ended up with a suspended license!! What a crock!! She is absolutely unprofessional and would barely return my calls. Don’t ever deal with this company!

Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would but here we are. They literally take any excuse to charge you a late fee or any other fee and are absolutely horrible about it. Never EVER get your insurance through here, there are other companies out there who would much rather have your business and are much more compassionate.

They are not answering their calls!
