I have been working with Robyn and the team at Western Valley for both personal and business insurance needs. This has been the best insurance relationship I have had during my twenty-five year entrepreneurial career. Hometown service at it's best at the highest possible level of organization. Robin Holt is different than most insurance agents and treats you like a human being. She explains things, takes her time to make sure she gets the underwriting right, and won't over sell. As far as I am concerned she is the only legitimate insurance agent in this town, and I have worked with a bunch. I wouldn't hesitate in a moment to recommend her, and she is the only one I will call in Crescent City.

Robin has done a fantastic job of handling the insurance on all of our properties. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Omg! I was in tears of fear when I got my bill! Not opening it, as I have had several say their bill went up into the thousands!!!! I love my insurance company! I have posted on Facebook and all my friends how good you are! Insurance only up 100$ . And on a fixed income!!!! So appreciated. In turn I will keep promoting you! Thank you
