You set up auto-bill and it works fine for two or three years, but then the auto-bill mysteriously stops when you decline to move to a different policy. We've had this happen multiple times, and they never know why it happens. It's a very convenient mystery. Then they fail to email the forms they say they'll email. I suspect this is because we've had our policies for almost 20 years...the problem started around the 12 year mark. *Update: We're on day 2 of trying to get the billing fixed. They successfully charged our credit card for the last premium but still stopped the auto-bill payment without informing us and no one there knows why it was stopped. Meanwhile, the policy is not active because of their error and no one can figure it out or fix it. I wouldn't get a policy from them...clea
Horrible customer service. Called 3 times over a month and got 3 different instructions on how to solve the problem. Still unable to get it resolved
I don’t like to be randomly emailed saying you saw my resume but my resume has nothing to do with sales. Lol scams
