Great and thorough service. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Mazie made sure I understood what we were doing and why we were doing it every step of the way. The detail and understanding was important to me as it impacted my son’s and I future plus my brother’s. Mazie is amazing to work with at a great organization.

These people were terrible to work with after my mom passed. If you care for your loved ones, get insurance anywhere but here. It was a months long ordeal as I had to work basically by mail. The claims process is archaic, and they would only send checks despite my request for direct deposits. Save your family the headache.

The front desk receptionist "T" I forgot how to spell her name was very helpful and resourceful. I called in regards to making a change with my insurance and she walked me all the way through to the end. Thank you for making it look effortlessly.

Ackworth location is " hit or miss " if you have time , go to Cartersville location , consistently good pizza !
