Scammers!!! Been ripping my mother off for decades. Then started on me! I called in February 2024 to stop the ridiculous charge of 70 bucks a month. They scammed me again the next month! When I called John he was useless. Decided if he couldn’t scam me he would go back to scamming my elderly mother. These people are truly pathetic and the scum of the earth. Reporting this place to my bank’s fraud department and they can use their lawyers and the BBB to stop these crooks.

Horrible experience with Mary who is a representative here. She has messed up my policy and has refused to own up to it. She is shady and I do not believe anything she says. Luckily, I was able to talk with the manager Jackie and she is working with me to correct her mistakes. She actually seemed to care about what I was saying and wants to fix the issue. Luckily she was able to switch my representative. I give Mary 0 stars. But Jackie has been great.

Very very slow at paying out claims but very fast at cancelling your policy if your a day late. They have a bad habit of changing policy dates to cover people they know. By experience they did for my brother to cover his cancer and transplant. By experience they allowed my sister to sign my.mothers name taking me off her life insurance policy just days before her death leaving my sister as beneficiary. THIS OFFICE REALLY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY BY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. A LOT OF SHANINIGANS GOING ON

Horrible experience, long story short after divorce, took 8 years to get them to stop taking payment for my ex wife out of my account! That's not the bad part, from the time I was married in 2000 until January of 2020 they was taking my ex mother in law's premiums out of my account, on policies she cancelled! How they got away with this? I thought it was the disability policy premiums I thought I had through them, when I called they said I didn't have a disability policy. Between the ex wife premiums and ex mother in law premiums, over 10000 they took from my children and I. They offered me a 80 something dollar settlement! My bank records show it to be a lot more. I was definitely conned! They know it and refuse to try to settle.
