I had the pleasure working with Shaun at Western Insurance. Shaun is a top notch agent who goes the extra mile for you and has a great deal of integrity. He shopped for my homeowner's policy and realized a different insurance provider had the best policy for my home so he referred me to the other provider. I reached back to Shaun a few months later for my rental properties and he was able to increase my coverages with minimal cost to me. I feel much more protected as the result of Shaun's efforts and extensive knowledge of the insurance industry. I would also like to add, Shaun treated me as a human being and was a true advocate for my insurance needs. In addition he is a down to earth guy who is a pleasure to talk with about other subject matters that we shared in common.
