They don't even have a human being answer the phone. No thank you. Huge red flag immediately.

Denied roof claim after the storm. 2 contractors verified hail damage but Allstate said no damage. Then they removed my replacement cost coverage due to the condition of my roof. Dishonest company. Do not recommend.

Not the friendliest service. If you don’t speak their exact language, they talk down to you. Never really talked to my actual agent. I’m not an insurance expert, but at least I got my rate lowered. Despite them trying to convince me otherwise.

Praying g for roadside assistance. Can't get anyone to respond without payment up front.then allstate supposed to reimburse you. The reason you have it is in case you don't have money for a tow. Said to call allstate to okay and have allstate ca them. But try getting hold of your agent

Never returns calls with requested info. Doesn’t seem to care about performing his job or caring for his customers needs. I ended up having to go with a different company in orders to keep coverage on my home and auto. Extremely disappointing.
