I’m giving these stars to Mr.Marvin. I explained my problem and a solution was made possible in minutes. I have talked to others at that office about my problem. I was constantly reminded that they have been doing this for years, this I what I was told over and over again, I been doing insurance for years. Doing something for years does not mean it’s been done correctly because the customer service was severely poor. I even tried to work around not even talking to someone in this office, but I had no choice. I’m so grateful and thankful for Mr. Marvin because he was very professional and understanding.
