done being rip off was paying$1,050.00 every six months. and drivemy car to market and back, less than 2000 miles a year. so when I when to renew my insurance they wanted to charge me $1,250.00 cause the say I didn't respond to a text they send me asking for my car mileage. done being ripped off. when to auto direct and got it for $900.00 dollars and 1,500.00 for the whole year when pay it full

So I have been insured with State Farm years ago. And now I’m back. Literally BEST DECISION ever. Whatever I did wrong years ago I will make sure not to do it this round. I had the pleasure of working with NIKKI and through the whole process she was very helpful. Think I asked her like 10 questions and with no frustrations she answered all 10 questions. I've had the pleasure of working with Nicky Glasser as an insured for years. Anytime that I need assistance she is there to assist me. Nicky even went into the office on her day off to help me obtain a policy that I needed written. Now that is customer service!!!
