This agency is remarkable.  A+++++ Steve Joyce, the fellow who runs the place, has really hit a home run hiring and retaining Susan Sullivan.  She is fast to respond, communicates clearly, and most importantly, really listens and cares. When I don't understand something, it might be tempting to call me names or ask if perhaps I have experienced some brain trauma in my past, but Susan never does that.  She is empathetic and helpful. Our company has all the multifamily property insurance, workers comp, business owner's policy, and auto insurance with Welsh & Parker. Highly recommended.
