Since becoming a member i have been able to continue working and become a healthier me. Dr. B prescribed a medicine for my migraines that gave me my life back. I been fighting stage four cancer since march of 2024 and wellsense has been my provider through this whole process and I could not be more grateful to them. From day one they have been their checking in and offering services and help with zero solicitation. They have been unreal on getting procedures and tests approved and covered. Hopefully no one has to endure the health challenges I've faced over the past two years but if they do I hope well sense is in their corner. Thank you Wellsense

While unemployed from August, through the end of 2025, You guys kept telling me to submit income. I did... FOUR times... you then OVERCHARGED me for the last two months of the year (WHILE still unemployed) and said it was because I didn't submit proof of income... (which STILL shows on your site as being submitted EVERY time). While waiting to speak to a live person, you gave options for a callback and then did NOT call back THREE SEPERATE TIMES. You screwed me out of money when I was at my financial lowest by telling me I didn't send proof for the last 2 months of the year. You are dishonest and untrustworthy.

Had the pleasure of speaking w Bailey today. My son’s pediatrician office called me and informed me we were under the wrong plan to attend their office. My insurance had recently changed and his pediatrician office did not accept it, so I switched back to be able to see my son’s longtime doctor. I called wellsense this morning to switch the plan and Bailey answered the phone rather quickly. She was helpful and attentive. The entire process took about 8 minutes, and now my son can see his preferred provider. Thank you, Bailey.

Worst insurance company ever, since i became a member i have made a thousand grievances.. every staff member should work with fishes because they will destroy your chart because of you advocating for yourself. Them working with fishes they won’t have to ever become frustrated an do malicious stuff to our medical records cause fishes don’t talk. They not worth the 1star at all
