Do not answer the phone on hold over 2 1/2 ...Don t pay driver's on family & Friends over 12 yrs of rides only paid for 3 months. Nobody will deal false promise of appeals. They suck

Blindly assign you to PCPs that don't even take your insurance. Blindly assigned me to a pediatrician PCP (I am 27 years old). $310 a month just to get absolutely nothing. Great job guys!

UPDATE: 7/8/2025. I really wish when the corporate level employees make big decisions like change their transportation company, they would mail out or do an automated call for a poll just to see if this decision would a good decision for their enrollee’s. Now, I know I’m a nobody to Wellsense. But I just think that we should have a say in who we give our business to and who we give our tax dollars to. Because MTM is NOT IT!!! That company is awful! And because Wellsense made this change, both children in my household who currently are enrolled in Wellsense will be enrolling with AmeriHealth Caritas NH as of 8/1/2025, during open enrollment. That’s how much I do not want to deal with MTM. Their entire process for mileage reimbursement is outdated. They have a multiple step process

Personally never had an issue with wellsense always been great. However the rides threw orbit are horrible never on time, bring you to a different location ,don't speak English ,one even was staring at me in approate was told wouldn't have same driver on return trip which was a loe was same one .I'm still in hold 4 the 2nd time today with them. Driver was on phone wasn't paying attention my son felt unsafe as well.

Denied cervical spine MRI three times from three different doctors when last imaging showed bone spurs on multiple facets. I can't even see a neurosurgeon now because they require a recent MRI within 6 months to book an appointment. Worst health insurance company I've ever had. Trying to switch but they have me locked in with this "fixed enrollment period". They won't even pay for a $20 prescription from my primary care. This company is a total joke. Never had any of these issues with Steward but I was switched automatically last year. Stay away if you can avoid it.
