They deny something that is medically necessary. saying it's not medically necessary.. I have actual proof that it is medically necessary due to my health condition. I literally stopped breathing in my sleep. I have a witness my fiance and I have a witness from the sleep study program from the first time I went there. I was approved for it the first time through United healthcare but because I ended up going with WellCare they told me I needed to have a new sleep study done. Then they go ahead and deny me when they tell me I need to get a doctor to refer me to have it done. Then they deny me and tell me that it's not medically necessary they cannot be playing doctor unfortunately. So I would not recommend anybody go with WellCare cuz they will deny you.
