Terrible terrible terrible When you call them, they will put you through a maze of customer service agents that constantly put you on hold for five minutes. Expect to be on the phone for hours and basically they don’t cover anything a complete waste of time!
Just changed to wellcare for my prescriptions, called in to start auto debit, 30 min hold time, then girl that answers has such a heavy Pakistan accent me or my wife can't understand what she is saying!!!!
