Bentley is incredibly patronizing and dismissive. Not only did he attempt to quote my policy at almost twice the rate I was paying last year, he then tried to lecture me about said policy. It wasn't until I showed him 3+ other companies willing to insure with same coverage for significantly less did he magically find an option at that price. This year, when I called a week in advance to change the account an EFT payment was drawn from, his office said it would be no problem. They then withdrew the funds from a defunct account, costing me overdraft fees. When I called him regarding this issue, he told me he requires at minimum 2 weeks notice to change anything on the account, and that I should contact the bank because he "did my job, its not my fault". He then called me defensive and asked
