Been with them for the longest time but time has changed. I used to go and pay my premiums b4 the pandemic. Now I can’t even get a response over the phone. Nobody answered my multiple calls. I’m thinking of moving to another office.
They lack the customer service that they once had. The reason why I'm still with this agent is because I had him over 20 years. However all the assistance that I've dealt with is no longer there. I miss them. I'm thinking of transferring my account somewhere else.
Walk, run, or drive to another agency without stopping here. Much better choices in Aiea or Pearl City. Lackluster customer service, and lack of profesionalism made me drop this place and immediately move to another.
I received great customer care and expeditious service especially in time I of grief 👋
Was good originally. Now RUDE, LOUSY SERVICE, UNRESPONSIVE. Switched policy to another office.
