My original agent: Gary Hollenbaugh retired. Gary and I had been together for about 45 years. His brother Wayne took over my account and nothing has changed. Brenda is AWESOME! I recently switched agents because EVERY TIME I called my old agents office, I got the voicemail and not only had to listen to the LENGTHY voicemail in English, then it would repeat in spanish...Just to rarely get a call back. So I found this office which is 5 minutes from my house (not that I have ever needed to go in, but still a plus just in case), and I have dealt with Brenda every time and she is fabulous. So kind, personable, helpful, explains everything, makes sure you understand what you are getting and get what you want/what you actually need. So glad I switched. I have been a State Farm customer for over 15 years. Brenda has always been amazing--knowledgeable, fast, and pleasant to work with. I recently upgraded to a new car and Wayne Hollenbaugh's office was wonderful. They picked up the phone immediately. Brenda got me temporary insurance cards in under 10 minutes.
