Wayne is a very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy gentleman. His staff always were very respectful and attentive at all times. My issue was not with the agency but the ever growing premiums every six months. I retired and my wife was already retired and my policy jumped by 25% year to year. We hadn't any claims in over 10 years and that was with my son who is no longer on our policy.

The Wayne Douglas Agency is awesome. Anytime I call with a question or concern related to my auto or home policy, I always feel they understand and keep my mind at ease, and their follow-through on every case is excellent. Thank you Wayne and team, for making every experience a great one.

Removed a car from our policy a while ago via web portal and apparently this was not updated. Reached out to the team and was told to get proof of selling the car and the refund would be applied. After sharing this and having to follow up for months. Ultimately told they couldn’t do anything. Months after stringing me along and of only informing me after I paid for the next period. Based on the slow replies and wasted time I cannot recommend this team.

This branch/office has been the best, their service is very good. I got into an accident and they helped out in everyway possible. They'll work with your budget to get the right insurance set up. Overall highly recommend Wayne and his staff.
